On June 26, 2024, the TECHVICON #30 session, led by handsome Speaker David Duong—Software Engineer (D1), was on the topic “Optimize Query” and attracted more than 50 participants on both online and offline platforms. That proved the heat of this TECHVICON issue. The sharing session brought extremely practical knowledge to help TVFer solve the difficult problem of Optimize Query.
Opening with the fun minigame “Guess your teammates’ ideas” heated up the atmosphere. The participating teams were very enthusiastic and excited. As a result, all 3 successfully found important keywords related to the topic of TECHVICON #30.
It’s fun, but TVFers also listen attentively to Speaker David Duong’s sharing to better understand cases where queries are slow and how to make a command fast. Participants will learn in-depth about the nature of SQL statements, execution strategies and optimal thinking to increase query speed.
In particular, TECHVICON #30 aims to share knowledge and practice immediately after learning, encouraging participants to actively interact to absorb new knowledge effectively with the Demo execution plan and discussion about practical case studies. The brothers were very interested and asked many questions, as well as raised concerns to discuss with the speaker and find solutions.
