On July 26, 2023, at the Tokyo meeting room, TECHVICON #22 was held with the theme “Conquer goals with OKR” The program, under the leadership of Specker Larry Nguyen – Head of ITS, along with the participation of 21 Techvifers, created an exciting atmosphere with a lot of valuable and meaningful knowledge.
As part of TECHVIFY’s monthly internal activities, TECHVICON #22 has the theme “Conquer goals with OKR.” OKR stands for “Objective and Key Results,” i.e., goals and key results. This goal management method is widely used by individuals or businesses to determine and measure the effectiveness of activities.
Selecting this topic to explain in TECHVICON, Speaker Larry Nguyen – Head of ITS, hopes that the attending Techvifers will know how to build the right action method through specific evaluation and measurement by the OKR method.
He emphasized the most challenging thing when implementing OKR is self-discipline. Setting goals with daily measurable evaluations can only be successful when Techvifers know how to create a good discipline habit for themselves. Once you have set a daily need, don’t be lazy and eliminate the “make up for tomorrow” mindset. This will help people go faster in achieving success.
We are participating in the sharing session with 21 Techvifers from different departments. Among them is the participation of Group Leads G1 and G2 with enthusiastic comments. In particular, Mr. Johnny Chung – Vice Group Lead G2, further affirmed that the completion of OKRs needs to start by putting each person’s interests first.
