On August 15, at the Tokyo meeting room, TECHVICON #23 was held under the sharing of Speaker Phuc Pham from TECHVIFY JAPAN. With 24 Techvifers from different departments, the TECHVICON #23 event mentioned BrSE connecting work and brought a new perspective on the information connection between departments in each project.
Opening in TECHVICON #23, Speaker Phuc Pham shared about common problems encountered in Japanese projects, such as language barriers, cultural differences, quality standards, time zone differences, or project management. Between two different environments like Japan and Vietnam, BrSE’s job is essential.
The Speaker further explained that BrSE means Bridge System Engineer, where engineers, in the role of bridges, connect the “in-house team” and the “development team.” They will analyze and deliver requirements from partners to the company’s development team. At the same time, they monitor and ensure the progress and quality of the project. However, for remote BrSEs, connecting will take much more work. They may have to work with both the in-house team, development team, and customers simultaneously, leading to many difficulties in communication or problems in grasping the actual status of the whole home team to connect and communicate effectively.
Therefore, Speaker Phuc Pham presented BrSE’s wishes when working remotely. He shared that all members should be connected as smooth blood vessels, all connecting to ensure that no information gets lost from the chain. At the same time, when working on projects, all team members must also regularly communicate with customers. It will help make the project implementation process coherent and smooth.
Participating in TECHVICON #23, there were 24 Techvifers from different departments, especially the appearance of Mr. Takeshita – TECHVIFY Software companion and advisor since its early establishment and personnel from Japan.
Mr. Teddy Nguyen – G2 shared, “I find this sharing quite practical and meaningful. It’s been a long time since I had the opportunity to listen and discuss with personnel from Japan. Participating in many important company projects, I find the issue discussed by the Speaker is vital. His sharing will help us smooth the project implementation process.”
All the participants listened attentively and made practical contributions, bringing a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere to TECHVICON #23.
