TECHVIFY Software announces new organizational structure and vision for 2024

TECHVIFY Software, a global AI & software solutions company in Vietnam, has recently announced major changes in its organizational structure and vision for 2024. The announcement was made at a ceremony attended by all employees of TECHVIFY Software across three locations: Hanoi, Da Nang, and Japan.
NEW STRUCTURE AND VISION
We established a new BOD, including Mr. Harry Hieu Nguyen (CEO/Founder), Mr. Henry Pham (Head of Delivery), Mr. Hisashi Takeshita (President TVJ), and Mrs. Sara Tran ( Vice President TVJ), with a vision of becoming an influential global enterprise in the field of software and artificial intelligence, creating a playground and opportunities for Vietnamese to participate and contribute to the high-value layer in the production chain and IT solutions for the world.
Our major strategic changes promise to bring positive impacts:
1. Enhanced Delivery Capabilities
TECHVIFY Software has appointed six Delivery Managers to oversee six dedicated Delivery Units, each entrusted with managing specific project portfolios and clientele. This strategic augmentation is geared towards elevating service quality while accommodating a broader spectrum of clientele. Additionally, implementing market-specific delivery departments underscores a deeper understanding of customer nuances and preferences.
2. Pioneering Expertise
Underpinning these advancements are distinguished professionals like Mr. David Ho, appointed as the Head of the DES department, and Mr. Potter Le, leading the AI division. Their expertise, coupled with a wealth of experience in Solution Architecture, will steer a team of DES experts to craft innovative solutions that resonate profoundly with clients.
3. Diversified Sales Approach
We also have implemented a multi-faceted approach within its Sales Department, aimed at expanding its customer base across various dimensions such as project development, partnership initiatives, and more. This diversified strategy is designed to cater to the unique and evolving needs of a broad spectrum of clients, ensuring tailored solutions that align seamlessly with individual requirements. By embracing a multi-specialized sales framework, TECHVIFY Software seeks to forge stronger connections, develop strategic partnerships, and effectively address the diverse demands of its clientele.
4. Investing in Human Capital
Recognizing the paramount importance of its workforce, we have established a dedicated People Department. This strategic move underscores an increased commitment to talent acquisition, retention, and development. This concerted effort is aimed at fortifying the company’s software development resources, fostering stability and resilience.
Moreover, our CEO, Harry Hieu Nguyen has articulated ambitious aspirations for TECHVIFY Software. He aims to position the company within Vietnam’s top 10 IT enterprises in revenue and within the top 20 across the broader regional scope.
TECHVIFY JAPAN – A NEW CHAPTER
Furthermore, we have restructured our Japan branch, with Hisashi Takeshita as the Chairman and Sara Tran as the Vice-Chairman, to focus on the Japanese market and expand our business development, delivery, and back-office capabilities.
