TECHVICON #25: Tips for effective interviews with customers

On October 30, the TECHVICON #25 program with the topic “Effective interview tips with customers” took place with the participation of 27 Techvifers from different departments. Under the lead of two Speakers Hugh LK – Vice Group Lead G1 and Johnny Chung – Vice Group Lead G2, the program brought a comfortable atmosphere and extremely useful knowledge.
At this TECHVICON, with extensive practical experience, 2 Speakers declare again the importance of customers in business, especially the outsourcing market in which TECHVIFY is operating. They point out what individuals and companies will gain if they successfully interview customers. From there, they summarize the knowledge and skills that Techvifers need to prepare before starting the interview.
Although it was their first appearance at TECHVICON, Speakers Hugh LK and Johnny Chung had excellent coordination in conveying the content. They presented their knowledge naturally and gently, creating a comfortable feeling for attendees.
Mr. Hugh LK shared, “This is the second TECHVICON session with a new approach to the audience. The Speakers tried to adjust their transmission style so that everyone felt like: “This was a session where everyone in the company sat together to share and contribute ideas instead of just sitting and listening like a conference.”
With content that delves into the reality of daily work, the program attracted 27 Techvifer participants. In particular, outstanding contributions come from 3 personnel: Hughie Nguyen G1, Anh Pham – G2 and Harvey Nguyen – G2.
The personal experiences accumulated by the Techvifers, combined with the information given by the two Speakers, all created a vast amount of helpful sharing, making TECHVICON #25 a successful program.

TECHVICON #30: Optimize Query
On June 26, 2024, the TECHVICON #30 session, led by handsome Speaker David Duong—Software Engineer (D1), was on the topic “Optimize Query” and attracted more than 50 participants on both online and offline platforms. On May 22, TECHVICON #29, “Orientation and technology approach for future software engineers – Working with AI,” took place, attracting more than 60 Techvifers to participate on both online and offline platforms.
